Congratulations, Marc Buoniconti
Marc Buoniconti was this year’s SPIRIT Award winner. Buoniconti, son of NFL legend Nick Buoniconti, was paralyzed during a football game in 1985 when he was 19. He played for The Citadel. Today, he’s head of The Miami Project, a mission to find a way to fix paralysis. Congratulations from everyone here at BCS Frenzy!

I really respect the fact that you say you do not accept life as you are when people make statements that you have accepted ur fate-that is what keeps u fighting-by going against that injustice to your body-great work- I can’t imagine what it is like-makes me get going
