3 Smartest Miami Moves
Well…I had intended to talk about the three smartest moves that Miami could make at the #1 pick. Since that’s already been decided though, let’s talk about the three smartest moves in a different context:
Smart Move #1: Picking a lineman instead of a quarterback. Sure Matt Ryan is a great guy, but save your quarterback pick for later when you don’t have to pay as much.
Smart Move #2: Signing pre-draft. You know what sucks? When a player doesn’t sign with you FOREVER. Remember last year’s draft. Negotiating pre-draft gives you a little leverage.
Smart Move #3: Not taking more than ten seconds to announce your pick. Because seriously, Miami, if you draw if out, I’m going to punch someone in the throat. And that wouldn’t be smart.
